You can join these classes were possible after the baby massage workshop  and once your baby is at least 6 weeks old, or ideally come after you’ve been to Lynn’s  wonderful  New Baby & Me Course.

The home of baby massage: Lynn worked alongside and trained with developmental baby massage expert Peter Walker many years ago now. She is renowned for her thorough, sensitive and attentive approach. The Active Birth Centre is the original birthplace of Baby Massage. At our classes, you’ll be joining a group that has more than twenty years experience with parents and babies, and offers a wonderfully warm and welcoming environment. These classes may also be taught by Roz who has trained with and worked alongside Lynn for a number of years now.

Private Sessions: Lynn also offers home visits  to introduce baby massage in the early weeks after birth were your partner can join in, as well as sessions for NCT groups in your own home.

Here’s what some mothers say about the classes:

Kristin absolutely adores her class with you and, the past two sessions, she has come home incredibly chilled and contented. Jane

Felix loved the class today and slept all the way home! Camilla

Thanks very much! It was a fantastic class as usual. Maya slept 2h30 after the baby massage session yesterday. It’s pretty unusual for her, especially with the teething going on. Ellen

Thanks for class today. I think the timing worked really well for us. Its 6.30 and Ava is totally chilled! Kate & Ava

Baby Massage gave me the time to focus and connect with my son and also to me as a new mother. Lynn is a wonderful teacher, responding to each and every baby and mum, listening and communicating to us all. A really special time and a very useful skill that can be used whenever and where ever we go. Sarah & Tristan
