A complete package of support for you & baby

New Baby & Me is all about support for new mothers & babies starting in the early months after your baby’s birth. The content is rich and informative and will support you holistically as a new mother.

Remaining live online, were it moved last spring, to keep it more accessible as you can attend from the comfort and security of your own home, removing the stress of traveling to class with a very small baby and allowing you to join from anywhere in the world, time zones allowing!

This allows new mothers to receive support in their mothering sooner rather than later as you may attend from birth onwards, safe in the knowledge that you will be guided through mindful movement that will help facilitate your recovery. Massage and information on subjects such as sleep for baby is age appropriate and will give you more confidence in your mothering.

Still not convinced you want to attend the whole course online? Then why don’t you begin by booking in for Wk 1 Understanding Your Baby or Wk 2 Your Pelvic Wellbeing as a stand alone session. This brings more flexibility to New Baby & Me, for those of you who want a mix of in-person and online support. You can join any of the Tuesday sessions as stand-alone workshops and then join me in the studio for Mama Yoga, ideally once you have attended my Pelvic Wellbeing Session.

Whether you book the whole course, or just some of the sessions, you will be invited to join the Friday morning mother’s circle where we make space to share your experiences of mothering as well as time for Q&A’s. Class recordings and back up material are sent out after each Tuesday session, so anything missed due to caring for your baby can be caught up with later that day or week.

Bonuses: When booking the whole course you will also receive a 1-2-1 call with myself before or during the course, a space to address any issues you may have at this time. Plus 10% discount on any further course, classes or private sessions with me.

A huge thank you for everything on our New Baby and Me course. From the very beginning you helped to put me more at ease with the early stages of mothering and you encouraged me to trust my instincts when raising Jemima. The course was an invaluable way of not only learning new skills but also to connect with like-minded mothers, which has been so difficult during these covid times. I found the Monday morning catch ups especially beneficial as a space to talk about any concerns and ask questions in an honest, supportive and reassuring environment. Thank you so much for all of your guidance. I hope to be in touch soon about joining Mama and Me. – Joanne & Jemima

Lynn’s classes were my light in the early weeks and months of motherhood. Through her gentle yoga I started to feel stronger physically, and through the discussion and her caring approach, I started to feel much stronger mentally. She taught me the art of being kinder to myself and it has made me a much better, and happier, Mother and partner. Lynn’s classes are non judgmental and full of other mums sharing the same joys and challenges so it’s a great safe space to feel heard and understood and to meet other women sharing your experience. I will be forever grateful to Lynn for the impact she had on my baby and I, and I would recommend her classes to any new Mum. – Chloe & River
